Today on our 2011 Dodge Nitro we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack Vista cargo carrier. This is going to be your 20" wide by 60" long cargo carrier with that expanded metal base for easy cleanability, as well as a sturdy steel construction that's going to offer a 500 pound weight capacity. Down here you're going to have your 2" shank attaching to our 2" receiver, with the use of a 3/4" anti-rattle bolt to help reduce the sway, rattle, and wobble. This will be part number SR9849. Let's go ahead and start off by getting a few measurements. Our closest measurement will be the distance from the front of the rack to the backside of the bumper. That distance is going to be about 9-3/4". more

This Curt Cargo Carrier's going to measure 24 inches wide by 60 inches long, and offer, with its sturdy steel construction, a 500-pound weight capacity. It is going to have that nice expanded metal base and nice folding shape for easy storage when you don't have it in use. It's going to have a two-inch shank for your two-inch receiver. It'll be part number C18153. If you look down at the bottom on the shank, where it attaches to our receiver, you're going to notice a hitch pin and clip. more

Lets Go Aero  Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2011 Dodge Nitro

Today on our 2011 Dodge Nitro, we're going to be doing a test fit on Let's Go Aero GearCage 32 by 48 inch cargo carrier. It's going to offer that 300-pound weight capacity with that nice sturdy steel construction. The nice thing about this rack is it's also going to have that 2-inch shank for your 2-inch receivers attached with an anti-rattle bolt as you can see there. It's going to be part number HCR222. Let's start by getting a few measurements. Our closest distance will be the first measurement from the front of the rack to the back side of the bumper, at about 8-5/8 inches. Overall distance that we've added to the vehicle from the rear of the bumper to the back of the rack at about 42-3/4 inches, with a ground clearance of about 12-3/4 inches. more

Today on our 2011 Dodge Nitro, we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack Vista Cargo Carrier. This cargo carrier is going to be part number SR9851. It's going to be 20 inches wide by 60 inches long with that nice, expanded metal base for easy cleanability. You can also see that's going to have that nice folding shank that's going to fold up and give that nice stow position with that two-inch shank connecting to the two-inch receiver with the use of an anti-rattle bolt that's going to help reduce a lot of the sway, rattle, and wobble. All right, the first things we're going to do is get a few measurements. Our closest distance will be the first measurement, at about 19 and one-eighth inches. more

This cargo carrier does not come with your hitch pin and clip, so if you'd like to obtain one, you can get it on our website, part number PC3. This rack is going to be 20 by 60 inch, 20 inches wide by 60 inches long, with that nice expanded metal bottom for easy cleaning. It's also going to come with a two-inch shank for your two-inch receivers, as you can see here, and that nice folding shank that'll put it in that nice stowed position once we're done. Let's go ahead and get a few measurements. Our closest distance will be our first measurement at about 14 and five-eighths inches. Overall distance that we've added to the vehicle is going to be about 35 and three-quarter inches, with that rear ground clearance of about 13 and three-quarter inches. more
