Hi there, Camaro owners. Today on your 2013 Chevrolet Camaro, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install, Draw-Tite's class I, 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver. And this is what our hitch is going to look like when it's installed. The cross tube's going to be hidden behind the bumper, so you're only going to see the receiver here at the back. It's a class I, 1-1/4 by 1-1/4 receiver, so it's going to be great for all of your light duty applications. You'll be able to put a two bike platform rack in it, and you could also do some very light towing with it as well. more

Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Camaro

Speaker 1: Today in this 2014 Chevrolet Camaro we're going review and install the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part number 24850. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on our Camaro. At first glance you can see that the hitch does sit below the bumper. There is no cut out involved, which is kind of nice. Our receiver opening is going to be 1 1/4 and then, if you look back here it's going to use that 1/2" diameter hitch pin, or your favorite locking hitch pin. Speaker 1: Today in this 2017 Chevrolet Camaro we'll be having a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Class 1 trailer hitch receiver, part number 24938.Here's what our hitch looks like installed. One thing that you'll notice about this hitch is that we have plenty of clearance around our rear fascia making this a great hitch to use for bike racks and cargo carriers. Welded onto the bottom of our receiver are rolled steel safety chain loops. And what's great about these is that even though this is a Class 1 hitch and is fairly small they're still large enough to accept even a very large safety chain hook like this one from the trailer. And you can clip on without any issues. Now this hit features a 200 pound max tongue weight rating, which is the amount forcing down. And a 2000 pound max gross trailer rating, which is the amount it can pull. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Camaro - Draw-Tite

Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Camero, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the draw tite sportsframe trailer hitch receiver. This is a custom fit, class one hitch, offering an inch and a quarter by an inch and a quarter opening. Part number is 24850. Here's our hitch when installed. As you can see we're going to have our receiver tube opening and it's going to come out here, but aesthetically that's really all we're adding to the rear of the vehicle. Our cross tube's going to remain hidden. It goes up to already existing attachment points just like up there in the front, so no drilling or anything like that's going to be required. This is a class one hitch, so this gives us an inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter opening. more
