Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Honda CR-V- Video
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2018 Honda CR-V, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver. Before we get into that though, let's just take a couple of minutes, check this out and make sure it's gonna be the right hitch for you. Something I do wanna address right off the bat, it seems like a lot of people are curious about is if by putting a hitch on here, is it gonna mess with your hands free lift gate assist feature, if you happen to have that, if your vehicle's equipped with it And unfortunately today, our model does not have it so I can't actually show it but I do know from past experience, it will still work. It seems like works for a lot of other people as well. You'll just have to kick your foot to either side of the receiver tube opening and take a little practice, find that sweet spot but you can get it to open up. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Honda CR-V- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Honda CR-V. This is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed, and it is an exposed cross tube, meaning you are gonna see a portion of the hitch that hangs down as well as the receiver tube opening. Now being a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening means that you're gonna have tons of options available for bike racks, cargo carriers, and even a ball mount if you plan on towing. And all of your accessories are gonna stay in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. Now the hitch does not come with a pin and clip, but you can pick up plenty of options here available at etrailer, including a locking one, and that way you can leave your accessories locked in place, and know that no one's gonna walk away with them. Now when choosing accessories, a lot of them will also come with a pin and clip, so that's something to keep an eye out for. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the best trailer hitch options for a 2023 Honda CR-V. We're taking a look at four different options today. They're all going to be two inch receiver tube openings so you are going to be able to use all the same accessories on all of these. And we have two of them from Draw-Tite that we have here. We have our etrailer as well as our Curt. Now, first thing that you may or may not notice is going to be that these are dropped down as far as the receiver tube opening from the actual crossmember of the hitch, and that's where this top Draw-Tite is a little bit different. more

Before we get into that though why don't we just take a minute check it out and make sure it's gonna work for you. Putting a trailer hitch on the back of your Accord is really gonna help to open up your opportunities on what you're gonna be able to do. You know, it seems like a lot of people use these for bike racks and matter of fact, that's what our neighbor here today is gonna be doing with it. And if you ask me it beats, you know, dealing with roof rack stuff, you know, trying to put your bike on the roof or other types of things, it's much easier, much more manageable, at least in my opinion, just to be able to plug it into the back of the hitch and hit the road. more

Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Honda Civic- Video
Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback. Now, this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed, and it's a hidden cross tube. So the only thing that you're gonna see is the actual receiver end here and your safety chain loops. And if you're wondering if it works with your sport model and that rear diffuser, as you can see, it does. Now, being an inch and a quarter receiver tube opening means that it's not gonna have as wide a selection of accessories as you're two-inch by two-inch, but on a smaller vehicle, sometimes you're limited with just the inch and a quarter option. So there's still definitely some bike racks, ball mounts, as well as cargo carriers that you can load up here. more

And this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You will be able to see the crosstube completely going across the back. Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the DrawTite trailer hitch receiver here on a 2022 Honda Accord. So adding a trailer hitch to your Accord, it's gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. Now in addition to using the trailer hitch for towing we could also use it for other accessories, like a hitch-mounted bike rack if we wanted to hit the trails or a simple cargo carrier if we needed to free up some space inside the vehicle for us and the family on those long road trips. Here's what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on the vehicle here. Now it does have a hidden cross tube design, meaning everything is actually gonna be tucked up behind the bumper here. The only thing we can see is the actual receiver tube and our hitch has a black powder coated finish that DrawTite uses on all of their hitches. more

EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Installation - 2011 Honda CR-V- Video
Hey everyone, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the EcoHitch Stealth trailer hitch receiver here on a 2011 Honda CR-V. So, the EcoHitch Stealth isn't the most affordable hitch for this vehicle and it's not the easiest to install. However, if you ask me, this hitch personally looks the best on this vehicle. And once you do get it installed, it's gonna provide you with the best overall ground clearance. So, this is what it looks like installed here. And as you're gonna see, it is a hidden cross tube design, meaning the cross tube, which attach either side of our flange, is actually hidden behind the bumper here, so the only thing we are gonna be able to see is the receiver tube. more

Hi there, Honda owners. Today, on your 2013 Honda Odyssey, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install etrailer's Class III two-inch trailer hitch receiver. You will be able to see the cross tube here at the bottom, as well as the receiver, but unless you're kneeling down real far like we are here, you're really not gonna notice the cross tube too much. The receiver is gonna be pretty obvious there at the back, but it's tucked up under nicely. So it really doesn't detract from the looks of the vehicle. It's a Class III two-inch by two-inch receiver, so it's gonna be great for all of your towing needs, whether you're wanting to use it for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers, or if you're wanting to get a little bit of work done and pull a trailer like a utility trailer, or maybe for recreational purposes like a jet ski trailer or some kayaks. more

So this is what our hitch is gonna look like when it's actually installed. And you're gonna see it does have an exposed cross tube meaning that the bars here on the hitch, you're gonna actually see them hanging down, but it is a nice steel construction with a black powder-coat finish so that kinda gives it a little more stealthy look. Now an inch and a quarter receiver is great for some bike racks and cargo carriers. more

Now, this is what the trailer hitch is going to look like when it's actually installed. And the great thing about this is the hidden cross tube. Now, if that doesn't mean anything to you, that means that the metal part of the main part of the hitch, when it attaches to the vehicle, is actually hidden in the rear bumper, so the only thing that's gonna be hanging down is gonna be the receiver of the actual hitch. So, it gives you a nice clean look, yet you still have the usability of the hitch. more
