Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over the Swagman XC2 two bike rack here on our 2018 Ford Taurus. Now the Swagman XC2 is an excellent entry level bike rack option for you and a friend. So there's two main types of bike racks, there's the hang style and then there's a flat horn style. Now the hang style generally or more cost effective, they're also a little bit lighter. However this particular platform rack here, really does both of those things well as well, because it only weighs about 25 pounds, therefore it's easy to get on and off the vehicle. And it's definitely at a nice price point for those entry level options. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Ford Bronco Sport- Video
Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer.com, and today we are looking at our Kuat Transfer V2 two-bike rack here on our 2021 bronc Ford Bronco sport. Now this is a really good bike rack if you are, if you are a fan of Kuat line but you don't want to be as pricey as maybe like Kuat NV and if you are looking for something that has really good clearance, when it comes to the back of your vehicle, one of the features of the transfer is that it can tilt away to do so. You have this lever right here and this tilts down and you'll want to do this if you wanna access your hatch. Now here on our Bronco sport you can see how it doesn't tilt down far enough to get full clearance. So I do recommend you doing is just to use the glass opening instead, if you want to get into your hatch, but other than that, you can also just take off the bike really quickly if you are if you do need that clearance. more

Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack with Ramp Review - 2021 Ford Bronco- Video
Hi, everyone is Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at our Yakima OnRamp two bike platform rack right here on our 2021 Ford Bronco. So the Yakima OnRamp is what I think is really a good bike rack because it's designed to work with a ramp. If you have extra heavy electric bikes, if you have step through bikes, if you just have bikes that are difficult to lift up onto your Ford Bronco since it does sit kind of high up, up above the ground you can use the ramp, make it a lot easier for yourself. So we're gonna take a look at some of different specs some of the different measurements and features in relations to the Ford Bronco to see if it's the right fit for you, for your bicycles and your car. Before anything else though, I want to say that I am currently using a hitch extender that's because we have a spare tire on our Bronco and pretty much any other bike rack could not fit around that spare tire, especially since we had the factory tool package to factory hitch. more

That's gonna be an excellent way of transporting your more lightweight bikes on a nice stable platform style rack to wherever you need to go. Now, what I mean by that lightweight capacity So, we are only about 40 pounds capacity per bike on the Sherpa here, today. Which makes it excellent for, yes, transporting your carbon frame bikes as they are lightweight. Now, in my opinion, you guys are gonna see, very minimalistic rack, which is gonna give you some nice little features to go ahead and accommodate for a variety of different bikes. However, can be excellent for yourself if you want something really small and compact. It's gonna be really easy to take off your car, get it inside your apartment, wherever, smaller storage areas, the option's gonna have no trouble with it, as it does go ahead and fold up quite nicely for ourselves. So, big takeaway for me, this is gonna be great for yourself. more

It has a unique design right over here. You got two cradles that are further apart over in the front, then by the end you see how they narrow to be a little bit closer to each other. So if you guys are looking for a way of transporting your two bikes nicely and neatly to your destination, highly recommended the Kuat Transfer V2. Why I'm a really big fan of this U frame design, makes it really, really easy to go ahead, grab your bikes, walk 'em in, settle them in place, get 'em nice and cinched down, that way you have no trouble going ahead and making sure they get there without any dings, no messing around with them, which is great. It is gonna get there nice and solid for yourself. more
