Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC Class- Video
Rob: Hey everybody, Rob here at etrailer.com. Today we'll be taking a look at the Draw-Tite Class III Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver on our 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC300. now here's what our hitch looks like once we have it installed. I think it's a really good looking hitch considering the fact that the main thing we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out, the cross tube is going to be completely hidden behind the bumper, so we don't have a big bar or anything on the back of our Mercedes that's going to be distracting from the way it looks. This a really clean almost OEM look to it.Now it's also, what's nice about it is the fact that it is a Class III, that means it's going to give us that two-inch by two-inch receiver tube opening, and really open up a really big variety of options that we can mount up, whether we need to tow a trailer. Obviously you can put a ball mount in there, hook up to a trailer, but if you need to make some room on the inside when you're taking a road trip and you want to put some more people inside, we use a cargo carrier to move that gear from the inside to the out. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Installation - 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class- Video
Shane: Hey guys, Shane here with etrailer.com. Today I have a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300, and I want to walk you through how to install the Curt Class Three Trailer Hitch Receiver. First thing I'm going to notice with this hitch installed is that the cross tube is completely hidden, the only thing we can really see is our receiver tube. And we want something when we buy a Mercedes, that's going to maintain a nice clean look on the vehicle. This hitch is going to be a steel construction, black powder coat finish so it's really going to stay looking nice for a very long time, hold up really well against rust and corrosion. Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2016 through 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC class. Now up top here we're going to have our Draw-Tite. It's going to be a Class 3 hitch. Then right below that we're going to have our CURT. Now if I we're looking for a hitch for my Mercedes, I personally would go with the CURT for a few different reasons, but let's take a closer look at both of our hitches.Right off the bat, when we're looking at both of our hitches here, you can see that they are going to share a very similar design. That's because they're going to use the same mounting locations, and once they are installed, it's going to sit in the exact same spot on our Mercedes. more
