Speaker 1: Today on our 2012 Toyota Prius we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Class I custom fit trailer hitch receiver, part number 24847. Here's what our hitch looks like when it's fully installed. We are going to see the cross-tube and it's going to have a square tube design that's going to stick out just right below our bumper. Now, this is a Class I hitch, which means it's going to give us that inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening, and our receiver tube is going to stick out past our bumper, just about an inch and a half. Our hitch is going to use a standard half inch pinning clip. They're not included, but you can pick one up on our website using part number PC2.As far as the safety chain loops go, they're going to be welded to the bottom and we're going to have plenty of room, as you can see, to get most hooks on or off. more

Today on this 2012 Toyota Prius, were going to install part number 60263 from Hidden Hitch. This is what the hitch looks like once its installed on the vehicle. Next well give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 12 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be about 2-1/4 inches. Now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. more

All right, today on this 2012 Toyota Prius, were going to install part number C11276 from Curt. All right, this is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the vehicle. Next well give you some measurements thatll help you out in selecting some accessories such as a cargo carrier or a bicycle rack. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 12 inches. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the edge of the bumper will be about 2 inches. Now Ill go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. Okay, the first thing were going to do is, go ahead and remove the tie down hook on the driver side. more
