Speaker 1: Today on this 2013 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be having a look at and showing how to install the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver, part number 76031. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. Our hitch sits nice and tight against the bottom of our fascia but yet we still have plenty of clearance around the opening, making this an ideal hitch to use with bike racks and cargo carriers.On the side of our receiver you'll find two holes. The larger one closest to the the front of the vehicle, that's our industry-standard 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole that we use to secure any of our hitch-mounted accessories. You can pick up a pin and clip on our website as part number PC3. Towards the rear of the receiver, the smaller hole is for a j-pin stabilization device. more

Best 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Hitch Options- Video
Today on our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be looking at our best hitch options. Starting at the top, we have the Draw-Tite class 3 hitch, part number 76031. On the bottom we have the CURT class 3 hitch, part number C13126. Here are our two hitches. Now the biggest difference that we have between our two hitches here today is how they're going to look on the vehicle once they're installed. If you note, our CURT hitch here is a straight construction across the frame, whereas our Draw-Tite hitch drops down. Now this is where our Draw-Tite hitch will be exposed underneath our vehicle, whereas our CURT, the entire frame of the hitch is hidden behind the bumper cover. more

Today on our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, well be installing the Curt Hitch, part number C13126. This is what our hitch will look like once its installed. Next, well go ahead and give you a couple measurements to assist your selecting accessories for your new hitch.From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most part of the bumper is 2 and three-quarter inches. From the top of the inside of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 14 inches. This will assist you selecting accessory such as a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier.Now lets go ahead with installation. Note, before we begin the install, weve already gone ahead and lowered and removed the spare tire for the ease in installation of the hitch. more
