Today on this 1998 Mercury Villager were going to install part number 36261 from Draw-Tite. This is what the hitch looks like once its installed on a vehicle. Next well go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out when selecting some accessories such as cargo carrier or a bicycle rack. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be 12 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be six inches.
