Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Mazda 5 - Hidden Hitch- Video
Today, on our 2010 Mazda 5, were going to be installing Hidden Hitch part number 60841. Before we get started with our installation, were going to go over a couple of measurements thatll come in handy when selecting accessories for you hitch, like a bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the ground to the inside top of our receiver tube measures 12 -inches of hitch height, from the center of our hitch pin hole to the furthest point of our bumper measure 3 -inches.Now, lets get started with our install. The first thing we need to do is locate our pre-existing holes in our bumper structure. Were going to need to enlarge these with a half-inch drill bit. This is our block with our square hole and well be feeding that into the bumper tube, followed by our carriage bolt thats going to fit into our block.Next, we need to fish our bolts and blocks into the bumper structure. more

Before we get started with our installation, were going to go over a couple of measurements that will come in handy when selecting accessories for your hitch, like a bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the ground to the inside-top of our receiver tube it measures 12-1/2 inches of hitch height. From the center of our hitch pinhole to the furthest point of our bumper measures 3-1/2 inches.
