Speaker 1: Today on our 2013 Lexus RX350, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class Three Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C13143. So here's what our hitch is gonna look like. It is gonna be hidden pretty well behind the bumper and all we're really gonna see is the receiver two sticking out. It is a class three hitch, so it's gonna give us that two inch by two inch receiver tube opening. It's got a nice reinforced collar, giving it added strength and just an overall finished look. Since it is a class three, it's gonna be a very versatile hitch. more

Best 2013 Lexus RX 350 Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2013 Lexus RX350. Here we have the CURT, part number C13143. Here we have the Draw-Tite, part number 75676. When these are both installed, they're both going to be hidden up underneath the bumper, and all you're going to see is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops on both our CURT and the Draw-Tite. Now the main difference between these two is going to be the weight capacity. The CURT here has a 600 pound tongue weight and a 4,000 pound trailer weight, whereas the Draw-Tite is going to have a 400 pound tongue weight and a 4,000 pound trailer weight. Now when using a weight distribution system, the CURT is going to still retain that 600 pound tongue weight, but the towing capacity is going to be bumped up to 5,000. more

Today on our 2013 Lexus Rx350, we'll be installing the hidden hitch, trailer hitch receiver. Part number 87569. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper is approximately 5 inches. From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground, is approximately 16 inches. Now let's go ahead and install our hitch. more

Today, on our 2013 Lexus RX 350, we'll be installing the Draw Tite Trailer Hitch Part Number 75676.Here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. We'll give you a couple of measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier.From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is approximately 5 inches. From the top of the opening and the receiver to the ground is approximately 16 inches. Now, let's install our hitch.We're going to begin by removing the appearance panel that's on the underside of the vehicle. We'll be using a 10 millimeter socket and removing several fasteners on the underside, as well as a few push pins.We'll begin here. We'll begin by taking out the screw here. more
