Right off the bat between these three hitches, we're going to have the Curt on top, Draw-Tite here an EcoHitch on the bottom. In my opinion, I think the EcoHitch is going to be the way to go out of these three. You're going to notice a big difference here. The EcoHitch is going to have a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening where our Draw-Tite and our Curt are only going to have an inch and a quarter. more

Today, on our 2012 Honda Civic, well be installing the Curt Hitch part number 11437. This is what our hitch will look like once its installed. Next, well go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outer most edge of the bumper is 3 inches. From the top of the receiver, tube to the ground is 11 inches. This will assist you with selecting accessories such as a bike rack or cargo carrier.Now, lets go ahead with the installation. more

Today on this 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid we'll be installing the Hidden Hitch, part number 60822. Here are a few measurements that will help when selecting accessories for your new hitch such as a bike rack or cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be 4 inches and from the top of the receiver tube to the ground will be 11 inches. Now we'll go ahead with our install. To begin our install, we'll need to remove the plastic shroud on the driver's side. There are four pushpins and three 10-mm bolts holding it up. more
