Today, on our 2006 Ford Mustang, were going to install part number 60809 from Hidden Hitch. All right, this is what the hitch will look like once its installed on the car. Next, well give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 13 inches and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will about 5 inches. Now, Ill go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed.The first thing we need to do is go ahead and remove the rear exhaust hanger thats closest to the bumper. Then, we can pull the exhaust out a little bit to remove the hardware for the hanger thats above the muffler. more
