We're going to show you some of the cool features and how to install this eTrailer hitch.So right of the bat, you're going to notice it's going to have a two inch by two inch opening, which is going to be great for any of those hitch accessories that you might have, whether it be a cargo carrier, a bike rack or a ball mount. It's also going to have a nice matte black powder coat finish to help resist against rust and corrosion. On the side of our hitch receiver, you're going to have a five eighths inch pin hole which will use a standard pin to be able to lock down any of those accessories. more

Best 2010 Chevrolet Equinox Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Equinox we'll be having a look at our best trailer hitch options. On the top we have the Draw-Tite Class 3. In the middle we have our CURT Class 3. On the bottom we have our etrailer.com Class 3. First we'll give you a brief summary. As far as weight capacity goes, we found that the Draw-Tite hitch here was the winner because it does have higher weight capacities than the other two hitches. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Equinox - Curt- Video
Today on our 2010 Chevy Equinox well be installing the Curt hitch, part number 13591. This is what our hitch will look once its installed. Next well go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you when selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper is 4 inches. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground is 14 inches. This will assist you when selecting accessories such as a draw bar, a bike rack, or a cargo carrier. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Equinox- Video
Today on this 2010 Chevrolet Equinox we are going to install part number 90145 from Hidden Hitch. This will also apply to part number 36408 from Draw-Tite. The first thing we need to do on our Chevrolet Equinox is remove this little knockout on the bottom of the bumper, this little fascia. Take this off to give us room to put the hitch into place. Looking underneath the passenger side of the vehicle, these are the two holes that we are going to attach the hitch to. 00:39 more
