Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2013 Ram 3500- Video
Today on our 2013 Ram 3500, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Hopkins Endurance 5th wheel/gooseneck 90-degree wiring harness with a 7-pole plug, Part Number 41157. The Endurance series plugs feature an oversized hinge and a lid that opens 180 degrees. What's good about this is you still have use of your factory 7-way connector and you have one inside your bed. It's got a nice weather-tight seal on the inside to keep out all the moisture. This is what it looks like installed. Now let's show you how to install it. Our kit does come with a 10-foot cable, so you can pretty much locate it anywhere you want in your bed. It has a 90-degree end so it will fit up inside your bed rail in this cavity, and it's got a pass-through so you can plug it into your factory 7-way connector with no cutting of the wiring.
