You will notice it's finished in matte black. This'll be a little bit more resistant to rock chips and scratches and things like that. It won't show abuse. So this is a standard 2-inch receiver. more

Today on this 2000 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup Truck we're going to install part number 13932 from Curt. Alright, this is what the hitch looks like once installed in the vehicle. Next we'll give you some measurements that will help you out in selecting some accessories. From the center of a hitch pin hole to the outside edge of a bumper, in this case the tailgate, we're looking at 5-3/4 inches. And from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground is going to be 22-1/4 inches. Now I'll go ahead and show you how the hitch was installed. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 13322- Video
Today on this 2000 Chevrolet Silverado we are gong to be installing Curt hitch part number 13322. Taking a look at the driver side frame rail we are going to point out the mounting holes that we are going to be using to install our trailer hitch. If you look here at the end of the frame rail you have an existing bolt, we are going to be removing this bolt and putting in new hardware, this will be our rear most attaching point. If we follow forward we have an existing hole, that is going to be our second mounting point. :25 more
