Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2021 Subaru Ascent, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Curt custom-fit vehicle wiring harness. But before we do that, why don't we check it out and make sure that this is something that's gonna work for you. People use these Ascents to do a little bit of everything, you know, using accessories and pulling trailers. And whenever you're pulling a trailer, you are gonna want the lights to work. But before we do that, why don't we check it out and make sure that this is something that's gonna work for you. And one of the really cool things about this wiring setup is the fact that you're not even gonna be able to see it whenever you're not using it, especially if you're using a hidden type hitch. Everything is gonna look the factory back here. But whenever you are ready to use it, all you're gonna have to do is open up the hatch and the wiring is actually going to live inside the vehicle. more

Hi there, Subaru owners, today on your 2021 Subaru Ascent, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Tekonsha's four-pole flat trailer connector vehicle wiring harness. And this is what our wiring looks like when it's installed. That's right, it's completely hidden 'cause it's inside of our vehicle where it's protected from the elements. If we lift up on our compartment here, we can find our wiring hidden inside. We can go ahead and open it up and drape it down over the back here when we're ready to use it. It'll pinch itself between our weather stripping here. more
