Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2011 Subaru Legacy- Video
Today on our 2011 Subaru Legacy, well be installing the Tow Ready T1 Connector, part number 118511. First, well start by opening up the rear cargo door and removing the spare tire cover. Well go ahead and set that aside for reinstallation later. Next, well remove the three fasteners to secure the rear threshold. Once we removed these three pushpin fasteners, we can simply pull up on the rear threshold and pop it from its secured location. Well set this aside also for reinstallation. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2011 Subaru Legacy 56091- Video
Today on this 2011 Subaru Legacy we are going to install part number 56091 from Curt. The first thing we need to do is get into the trunk area and remove some of the interior components. We get down to the spare tire and remove the threshold as well. Alright there is 3 plastic rivets we have to remove. We just pull straight up on it, it comes right out. To remove this tie down loop, turn it, one quarter turn, there is a tab on the inside you can push down with a screwdriver and then you can work it out. more
