Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Tekonsha T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness with Four Pole Flat Trailer Connector, part number 118670.This is what your wiring looks like when it's installed, it's going to live outside the vehicle. Going to give you all the proper lighting function for your trailer. It's going to give you your taillights, going to give you your running lights, your brake lights, and your turn signals. When not in use, your dust cap can double to hold your wire off the ground. Now, you're going to have plenty of wire to hook up to your trailer wiring. Very easy to install. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for factory tow package, seven way trailer connector. Part number C56357.Now this seven way is going to give us all our proper lighting functions for our trailer. Our ground, our power, our brake lights, our right turn signal, our left turn signal and reverse lights. It's going to have a nice, spring-loaded door on it to help keep the elements out from your connections.You just lift, just plug in your seven pole from your trailer. Door's also going to have a little latch, which will keep your seven pole from coming out. Now, we did have to use a couple extra brackets to get this installed. more

It's gonna give you all your normal functions for your trailer, brake lights, running lights, and your turn signals. It's very easy to install. Just plugs into existing wiring. Since your wiring harness is gonna live outside the vehicle, you can double your dust cap as a holder.Now I show you how to get it installed. Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder 118273- Video
Today in our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for factory tow package vehicles with a 7-way trailer connector, part number 118273. Now here's what our wiring looks like installed. As you can see it attaches nicely to our hitch here. This is a 7-way connector. This will provide us with our turn signals for both left and right, our tail lights, our brake lights on our trailer. We have the ability to use a brake controller with this to have electric trailer brakes. We also will have a charge line to charge a battery in our trailer and also for towing a boat trailer that has a reverse lockout solenoid. more

Best 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Trailer Wiring Options- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be looking at our best trailer wiring options. We have three wiring options here today. Off to the right we have the Tekonsha T1 vehicle wiring harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector, part number 118670. In the middle we have the Tekonsha T1 vehicle wiring harness with a seven-pole connector, part number 118273. Off here to the left we have the Hopkins Plug-In Simple vehicle wiring harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector, part number HM11143690. Now the biggest differences that we have in our trailer wiring harness besides the fact that we have a seven-way here and two four-ways, is that both the seven-way and the four-way that we have here from Tekonsha will connect to the vehicle's existing tow package wire connectors. Now the Hopkins doesn't utilize the factory tow package wiring. more

Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, we're going to show you how to install the Hopkins Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket with Mounting Bracket. This is the vehicle side. Its part number is HM40975. A couple of little tidbits about it. We've got stainless steel spring and pin in there. Really helps with the corrosion-resistance factor. more
