Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Installation - 2012 Kia Sorento- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2012 Kia Sorrento, we're going to be installing Tekonsha's T1 vehicle wiring harness with four pole flat trailer connector, part number 118506. This wiring harness is going to provide you with all the necessary lighting that you need through its four pole flat connector. It's going to give you your left turn signal, your right turn signal, your tail lamp signal, and your brake lamp signal. This will make sure you stay in compliance with any local laws. On the end, it's got a dust cap to help keep out any moisture, corrosion, and dirt for a long-lasting connection. This can either be connected to a four pole flat bracket like we have here, or you could just use the dust cap and loop, hook it onto your safety chain loop.Now that we've gone over some of the features, let's show you how to get it installed. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2012 Kia Sorento- Video
Today on our 2012 Kia Sorento, we will be installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, part number C56163. We'll start our installation by gaining access to the back of the vehicle. Then we will need to remove both tail lights by removing the two screws that hold them in place. With the screws removed, we can remove the tail light. Just pulled the tail light straight back toward us, being careful not to break the alignment tabs. We can then disconnect the factory wiring harness from the tail lamp. Then we will set the tail light to decide. With the driver side done, we can now go to the passenger side of the vehicle and repeat that process. With The taillights out of the way, we now need to run the wires for our new wiring harness. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2012 Kia Sorento 56100- Video
Today on our 2012 Kia Sorento well be installing the Curt T1 four pole wiring connector, part number 53100. First note weve already gone ahead and lowered or removed the spare tire. This will give us more access underneath for running and routing our wires. Now well go ahead and open up the cargo door and remove the rear taillight assemblies. To do this there are two fasteners on each side. Well remove the fasteners and pop the taillights free being careful not to break the alignment tabs underneath. more
