Hey, everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch here on a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. For starters, this is a fixed 5th wheel hitch, but it's also available with a sliding base as well depending on your trailer and your bed lengths. Now, generally speaking, the long beds are gonna be able to use the fixed hitch whereas the short beds are gonna be, have to use the sliding hitch. However, there are a few exceptions to that so it would truly be best to just measure your trailer and the overhang you have on the nose to ensure it's not gonna come in contact with the cab. So this particular model of this hitch here is gonna be designed for trucks with the factory prep package or the factory puck system whatever you wanna refer to that as, that's just simply the four holes on the outsides here and then we have the center hole and the gooseneck. So this is gonna be a direct drop in installation for models with that. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the B and W Companion fifth wheel to gooseneck receiver here. Now this is gonna go onto your Band W under bed mount kit for your gooseneck. Now this is gonna be on a 2019 Ford F250. So let's go through, take a look at it and see the install portion, and this is a great option because it's pretty easy to put in place. So if you're going from your goose neck to a fifth wheel with an extra set of hands or two, you can get this loaded in place and ready to rock in less than 10 minutes. Now as far as the weight capacities go, the gross trailer weight rating is gonna be 20,000 pounds which is gonna be the weight of the trailer that you're pulling plus whatever's loaded onto there. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2017 GMC Sierra 2500, we're going to be checking out the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel. So, right off the bat, you may be wondering what's different about this 5th wheel hitch than a lot of the other ones And what it does differently is right in the name: Autoslide. So, what happens is, when you're hooked up to your trailer and you make a tight turn, or anything like that, what's going to happen as the head is going to automatically slide back and give you quite a bit of extra clearance. That way, you know, when you make those turns, the trailer, you're not going to have to worry about it coming in and taking out a cab corner or busting your glass out or anything. And that happens more than you would think on these short bed trucks. more

Hi there, Ford owners. Today on your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Reese's Under-Bed Rail Kit for both 5th wheels and goosenecks. And this is what our hitch rail system looks like when it's installed. You can see here, we've got our gooseneck hole in the center as well as a puck system that's very similar to a factory set up for a 5th wheel to drop in. This is gonna be probably the best setup here if you don't have a factory setup 'cause you can easily drop in your 5th wheels without having to install like an over the bed rail kit or something like that. They just drop right down into these pucks, making it quick and easy to get those in place. more

We're going to be taking a look at Reese's M5 fifth Wheel Hitch for Ford vehicles with a prep package for fifth wheels. You can get this at either a 27K or a 20K model. We're showing up 27K today. Now, if you have a factory puck system, a hitch like this it's gonna install extremely easy. You do have to do a little bit of pre-assembly to attach the parts once you get them from the box, but once it's assembled you could either do it in the truck bed which we're going to be showing you how to do because it's easy to do if you're doing it all by yourself or if you've got a friend there to help you you can assemble it out of the truck. What you'll want to do to remove and insert your fifth wheel hitch for the whole assembly. more
