Today on our 2019 RAM ProMaster 2500, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with a 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector.So here's what our wiring's gonna look like once we have it installed. I do wanna mention that we decided to run our wire to the outside, that way it'll be close to our hitch so we can hook up easier, because it's designed to stay on the inside, and you run it out the cargo door. Our wiring's gonna provide us with a 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, so we have all the required lights to get down the road safely, like our tail lights, turn signals, and our brake lights.And if you do decide to run your wires to the outside, we can use the dust cover to keep the excess wire from dangling on the road or you can mount a 4-Pole Bracket for a more permanent solution. Our wiring is gonna be fuse protected and it is gonna use a powered tail light converter. And what that's gonna do is that it's gonna take the signal from our tail lights and transfer it into a working signal for our trailer. But it's also gonna protect our ProMaster from any problems that may arise in the trailer end and keep it from back-feeding back into the electrical system.So now that we've seen the end result, let's show you how to get it installed. more
