Hey guys. Today we have a 2017 Ford Escape. We're gonna do a test for the Thule Helium Pro three-bike hanging-style rack.This hanging-style rack is pretty unique in that it can carry three bikes to and from the trails, but it's gonna be very light while doing that, so it's gonna be very easy to install on your hitch and take out. It's gonna come in at about 20 pounds. It's just gonna be a lot lighter than those platform-style racks that can get up there, you know, 40, 50 pounds in weight. That can just be a hassle to have to load it onto your hitch and then take it off. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2017 Ford Escape- Video
Today on our 2017 Ford Escape we're doing a test fit of the Swagman XT platform-style 2-bike rack. That part number is S64650. Now we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you how we do that. We have two cradles in place, one at the front tire and one at the back tire. Then we have our frame hook which sits right in the middle of our bike that's going to hold our bike down into those wheel cradles. more
