Hi John with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and I'll show you how to install the Air Lift Load Lifter 5,000 series. It's going on a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500. So why airbags Well, today's trucks can handle a lot of weight. And you can do a lot with them even though this is a half ton pickup, they get the job done you usually have a lot of power and they're great for hauling boats, trailers, loads in the back, everything else, and they are coil spring in the back, which means they're gonna squat a little bit. If you do this often or if you have different items like a boat that weighs a certain amount or a camper that weighs a different amount these bags are adjustable and what they're gonna do is they're gonna bring your stock ride height back to level. more

Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2021 Ram 1500, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air helper springs for the rear axle. But before we get into that, why don't we just take a minute, check these out, and make sure they're gonna work for you As you know, air bags are really gonna shine and help support the suspension whenever we're carrying heavy loads and things like that, pulling some big trailers around. But what a lot of people wonder is, you know, how are they gonna affect the ride when I'm not towing or not carrying stuff Because chances are pretty good you're gonna be doing more of that than you are gonna be pulling trailers around and whatnot. So just to kinda get a good comparison at least and see how it feels to me, I'm just gonna drive around, truck unloaded and everything, see how it feels, and then once we get the bags on, we can at least go for a spin again and see if it really makes a difference. more
