Connor: Hey guys, how's it going Connor here at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Timbren rear suspension enhancement system for our 2020 Ford Ranger. Our Timbren rear suspension enhancement system is going to be an excellent option for a Ford Ranger here. Now this can be used for medium or heavy duty towing. Basically, it's going to replace the factory jounce bumper, as we can see the difference here, hold the two up side by side. So our Timbren spring is going to be a little bit taller than our factory jounce bumper, which means it's going to engage sooner. more

Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs Installation - 2005 Ford Ranger- Video
Today on this 2005 Ford Ranger Supercab, we're going to install part number AL59516. This is the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs. Before we start our install, we'll go ahead and get a couple of quick measurements. First we'll get a measurement of the truck unloaded. Looks about 34-1/4". We'll go ahead and put a load in there, which will squat it down some. With the truck loaded up, we'll go ahead and take a second measurement. more

Review and Installation of Timbren Vehicle Suspension Enhancement System- Video
Today on the 2001 Ford Ranger we are going to install part number TFRR0504A from Timbren. Before we started we actually did a few test runs. We did it fully loaded, halfway loaded, and empty. Now we will go ahead and install the Timbren kit and then we will go ahead and try it again. more
