Hey guys, Shane here with etrailer.com. Today I have a 2012 Toyota Forerunner. I'm going to be installing the arc LED headlights. The benefit of having LED headlights over incandescent bulbs is one, your LED lights are going to last a lot longer. Two, the LED lights are going to give you a much brighter view on the road over those dull yellow incandescent bulbs. Putco Pure Premium LED Dome-Light Kit Installation - 2012 Toyota 4Runner- Video
All right, today on this 2012 Toyota 4Runner, we're going to install part number P980054, the Putco Pure Premium LED Dome-Light Kit. To start off with our install, we're going to work with the lights, they're above the center console on the dash. First, we need to remove the lens. Using a very small flat screwdriver, we'll go ahead and gently pop it loose from the hinges, then we can work it down. Next we need to remove the existing bulb inside. Once we have our bulb removed, we can go ahead and install the new LED bulb from Putco, this just simply pushes into place. Once it's in place, make sure it's secure, then we'll go ahead and reinstall the lens. more
