Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 GMC Acadia

Well neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Curt trailer hitch receiver on a 2018 GMC Acadia. Now this is what your hitch looks like when it's installed and technically it does have an exposed cross tube but the way that it sits on the vehicle, it keeps it nice and hidden and really the only thing that you're gonna see is gonna be the two inch by two inch receiver tube opening and the safety chain loop plate. Now being two inch by two inch means that you're gonna have tons of different options when it comes to ball mounts or any accessory that you'll be loading in your hitch. And all of them are gonna stay in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. Now this is not included with the hitch. A lot of times your accessories will come with that. more

And that's because this panel can go back into position and with that popped in, you can really only see the very bottom of the hitch there. And it blends in pretty good anyway, it has that matte black finish. more
