Today, on our 2018 Nissan Rouge, we're going to be doing a test today on the Cone Extender Snow Tire Chains, part number TH01571245. The tire size we're working with today is 225 65 R17. What I really like about these chains is that they're very quick and easy to install, thanks to our color-coated connection points. And they're also self-tensioning, meaning we don't have to purchase an extra rubber tensioner to make our chain stay snug against our tire. It's all gonna be contained right in here. Today in our 2018 Nissan Rogue, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Isse Hybrid Snow Socks, part number THC74. The tire sets we're working with today is 22565R17. These socks cover the entire area of your tire and give you great traction through light snow and ice. Any of those tougher conditions when a big storm rolls through, you might want to consider upgrading to a set of steel chains.The elastic band on the outside makes instillation and removal very quick and easy and it also still provides a snug fit to your tire. The polyolefin fabric sticks to the snow and ice and provides you the grip you need through starts, stops and turns. The socks are a great options if you don't want to risk damaging your vehicle with a set of steel chains.They're SAE class S certified, which means they're great for vehicles with low wheel well clearance like our Rogue. more
