Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier Review - 2021 Jeep Wrangler- Video

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at E-Trailer and today we have the Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier and we are going to take a look at how it fits our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The Kuat Grip is one of my favorite premium carriers, because it's slides out, it has a really sleek look, and you can get it in different colors. So here's an example of how it can be helpful on the Jeep. This is a taller vehicle, and I am a shorter person, so opening up the carrier, I just hit up on those levers. I access the other lever on the inside, and now I can slide out the carrier's tracks, to make this more accessible for me. So, rather than trying to reach up onto the Jeep and stand on the ledge with my large boots, I can then just slide out the whole system, grab my skis, and now I am ready to go. more

What's up Jeep owners Adam, here with etrailer today we have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima FreshTrack 6 ski and snowboard carrier. This carrier can be used for skis, but also fishing rods. As you can see, this is a big rod and we can't fit it in our Jeep, even if we wanted to. So this is one that isn't gonna damage your rods. I really think you can fit way more fishing rods than you can fit people in this car, 'cause it's pretty big. But it's not gonna damage your rods it's just gonna keep 'em nice and snug. more

Yakima FatCat EVO Ski and Snowboard Carrier Review - 2020 Jeep Gladiator- Video

What's up everybody, it's Aj with etrailer.com. Today we'll be checking out, the Yakima Fat Cat Evo. It's gonna be a four ski snowboard carrier, and we're gonna put it on our 2020 Jeep gladiator. Today's setup is a little bit different, we having it installed on the bedrock rails for Yakima and these mounts on the bed rails here on the back of our gladiator, you see that it's a lower profile. We still got the skinny water on that side. We we're able to fit the fat cat Evo over here on this side, and still use the bind for other stuff, you can see the toes back there for more cargo and more room to use. more

Yakima FatCat Ski and Snowboard Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Compass- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Compass we're going to be test fitting the Yakima FatCat 6 Locking Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Carrier with a 6-ski or 4-board capacity, part number Y03088. With the Yakima RoundBar Roof Rack System installed on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the front half of our carrier onto the front crossbar. Once we have it in place we can bring our strap around our front bar, fit it back into the foot, and close the buckle. We'll push the button on the end of the carrier to open up our jaw, flip up the thumb tab located on the inside to get it snugged down, and then push it back down to secure our strap. We'll move to the driver side of the vehicle and repeat that process. We'll grab the rear half of our carrier and place it onto our rear bar. It is important that we make sure that both halves of our carrier are in line with each other for better hauling of our gear. more

Whispbar Roof Ski and Snowboard Carrier Review - 2014 Jeep Compass- Video

Today on our 2014 Jeep Compass, well be test fitting the Whispbar locking rooftop Ski and snowboard carrier with the six-ski or four-board capacity, part number WB-300. With the Yakima round bar roof rack system on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing the front half of our carrier onto our front load bar. Well bring the strap around the bar, fit it into the foot and close the buckle. Well then push the oversize button on the end of the carrier to pen up our jaw. Well flip up the thumb tab, tying it down until it gets snug and then push it back down to finish securing this strap.Well move to the other side of the carrier and repeat that same process. Well grab the other half of our system, place it on our rear bar and we want to make sure that we have it in line with the front half of our carrier. more
