Today we have the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack and we're gonna take a look at how it fits and I'll also show you how to get installed on your 2024 Toyota RAV4. If you need to get some fun roof rack accessories mounted to your vehicle, in fact, this vehicle is getting a rooftop tent mounted to the top of it, what you first need is a roof rack, so this is gonna be a three part kit. We have the 49 inch long vortex bars. These are gonna be aerodynamic and very versatile for different accessories. Hey, everybody, Cooper here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System on our 2023 Toyota RAV4. Now, if you wanna carry around some extra long items, maybe you like a kayak or maybe some lumber that you get from the depot store, or want some extra storage space for a long car ride, the first thing you're going to need is a roof rack system. Now, the system we have on here today is going to be made up of three different parts. The first one is going to be our 49 inch crossbars, then our platforms that they're going to attach to, and then finally, that whole system will set into our fit kit that is specially tailored for our RAV4. The roof rack we have on today is what we call a fixed point system, because there are plates along the roof of your RAV4 that you pop out, and then the fit kit will fit into those, and this is the definitive placement for your roof rack, meaning that there's not really any modularity in moving them forward or backwards. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we are looking at our Inno roof rack here on our 2017 Toyota RAV4 which has the Inno aero bars, as well as the Inno through feet. If you're looking for a way to carry more cargo or if you have loose nods accessories like bike racks and cargo care, a cargo box, this is a good option because it's a roof rack that clamps onto the raised rails that are currently on your vehicle, and instantly gives you that extra space as well for extra weight basket. Now this is not enough overhang for you I know some accessories need a little bit more space, or if you want more costs bar space, you can also pick up the kit that has wider or longer bars with 51 and 54 inch long bars. This roof rack has a weight capacity of 165 pounds. Now it's very important to make sure you know what your actual roof weight capacity is, so make sure you count the accessories, the cargo, your crossbar and whichever is lower in terms of capacity that's what you follow. Because of how the Toyota RAV4 roof is styled, you will get different lengths depending on where you place your towers. more

It's gonna allow you to carry roof mounted accessories, things like bike racks, kayak carriers, cargo boxes, and more.Now, it features 50 inch long crossbars, that way we can carry more than just one or two accessories. We may be able to get two or three bike racks up here and maybe even two kayaks. Again, 50 inches long, that way we can carry multiple accessories.Now, they're made out of aluminum. Today on our 2015 Toyota RAV4, we're going to do a test fit of the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack System. Now, this is a great product for your RAV4. It's going to allow you to get any of your favorite accessories on your roof, whether you got a bike rack, a kayak carrier or even a cargo basket. It's going to allow you to get those appropriate gear up on your roof, so you don't have to try to store them in your vehicle.Now, this roof rack is made up of a couple of different parts. First, we have our 53 inch Evo WingBars. These are going to have a nice aerodynamic shape to them, so that's going to help cut down wind noise and drag when you compare them to your standard square or round bars.Now, what's really cool that Thule did, when compared to load bars, is when you flip open that cap and look at the channel, the old load bars, you had to pull out the rubber strip and then cut it to length for whatever T-track accessory you wanted to use. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Toyota RAV4 we're going to be test fitting the Yakima JetStream Roof Rack System. This is going to consist of part numbers Y00425, these are the JetStream crossbars in black, 50" long. These bars also come in silvers, part number Y00428. Also, we'll be installing part number Y00147. Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Toyota RAV4, we're gonna be test-fitting the Malone airflow 2 roof rack system, part number MPG215. These easy to install crossbars are economical with all the premium features. These will install on your factory side rails with the minimum distance of 27 1/2 inches. The foot packs simply clamp onto your factory rails and come with an included lock mechanism to keep your system secure. The key to install it is also included on two of your foot pads. The back pad is adjustable and has a nice rubber foot to prevent any scratches on your factory rails, and they can easily be moved back and forth to suit your needs. more

Yakima Roof Rack Review - 2016 Toyota RAV4- Video
Today on our 2016 Toyota RAV 4, we're going to be test fitting the Yakama core bar roof rack system, consisting of part numbers Y00421. These are the 50 inch long Yakama core bar crossbars, part number Y00147. These are the timberline towers for the Yakama crossbars, particularly for factory raised side rails. The Yakama core bar roof rack system is great for carrying a wide variety of accessories on your roof while freeing up space inside your vehicle, ranging from bike racks to cargo baskets to kayak carriers. The two bars have a combined carrying capacity of 220 pounds, although you'll always want to double check with your vehicles manual to make sure your roof can withstand that weight. The bars have a nice aerodynamic shape to them which will cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving, and they're very sturdy. The ends of our towers here also have knock-outs which you can replace with the Yakama sync key system, which is sold separately, to you can secure it to your cross rails once you have it installed. Now that we've gone over some features of the roof rack system, let's go ahead and show you how it installs. We already have a rear bar partially assembled on our table here, so our next step is to flip our bar upside down, and install our timberline on the other end of our core bar. more

The two bars have a combined carrying capacity of 165 pounds, although you want to double check with your vehicle's manual to make sure it can withstand that weight. On the tops here, you see they have these knockouts where you can actually replace these with Thule lock core, which are sold separately, so you can secure this to your factory-ready side rails. Also, we have these rubber strips at the top and that, coupled with the aerodynamic shape of the bar, will cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving and also enable you to use T-track accessories. more

Today in our 2014 Toyota Rav4 we're going to be test fitting the Thule Square Load Bar Roof Rack System consisting of part numbers THLB58, those are the bars, and part number TH450, which is the Thule Crossroad Roof Mounted Foot Pack. Now you can also purchase this as a kit as part number TH45058, which includes the bars, the foot packs as well as the lock cores for the end caps. The Thule Square Bar Roof Rack System is great for carrying a wide variety of accessories ranging from bike racks to cargo baskets, to cargo boxes, to ski carriers and kayak carriers as well. The bars are very strong and durable made from galvanized steel and both bars together have a carry capacity of 165 pounds, although you always want to double check with your vehicle's manual to make sure your roof can withstand that weight. These are very easy to install and can work with a wide variety of vehicles besides your Rav4. They wrap around the factory raised side rails with this rubber coated steel strap and it also has the option of locking the end cap if you wanted to by purchasing a lock core which is sold separately. Now that we've gone over some of the features of this roof rack system, let's go ahead and show you how it goes together. We already have one part of our roof rack installed. Let's go ahead and take our other foot pack and slide it on. This is a very easy install. You'll see at the foot pack here, we have this slot here, that's where the square load bar is actually going to line up and go through. more

Our end caps actually come off like so and they have this portion here which can be taken out and replaced with Thule lock core system. Once you install these, these can actually be completely secure to your roof rack. Also we have this T slot here which when you remove your wind diffuser strip, you can actually insert other accessories that fit into that slot instead of wrapping around your roof rack. more

Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video
Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav4 we'll be taking a look at the Thule Crossroad Roof Rack System using Part Numbers TH450 and THLB50. With our roof rack system assembled according to the instructions, we'll begin our test fit by placing our front bar directly onto the front part of our roof. Now in placing our front bar onto the front part of our roof, we want to find a fix point on our side rails to act as a guide so we can make sure that both feet are in line with each other. As a reference guide we're going to be using the line where the side rail meets the base. We'll set our feet pretty close to this line to ensure that our feet are in line with each other. We'll bring our shaft around ourside rail and fit it back into the foot. more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video
Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav4, we will be test fitting the Thule Rapid Crossroad Roof Rack System, using part numbers THARB53 and TH450R. With our roof rack system assembled according to the instructions, we can then begin our test fit by placing the front load bar on to the front part of our roof. To make sure that our feet stay straight across from each other, well find a fix point on the side rail and use that for our foot location. Now we can bring the rubber coated strap around the underside of our rail fitting it back k into our foot pack. Now we will use the included tool to tighten the allen bolt and secure our strap around our side rail. Now well grab our rear bar and place it on to the rear part of our roof. The Thule recommends that we have a minimum load bar spread of 24 inches. more

Rhino-Rack Aero Roof Rack Installation - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video
Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav4 well be test fitting the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack with Aero Crossbars 15 inches long in black part number DA126B. Well also be using the custom DK clamps and pads for the Rhino Rack part number DK043. With our roof rack assembled according to the instructions, well begin our test fit by opening our front doors. Well place our front bar onto the front half of our roof. To ensure that we have this in the correct location, we need to measure 150 mm from the center of the door jam to the center of our leg footplate. Well do this measurement on both sides of the vehicle to make sure that our feet are in line with each other. more
