Thule Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2006 Nissan Quest- Video
Today we have a 2006 Nissan Quest and we will be test fitting a Thule Crossroad roof rack. We already have our load bar assemblies put together with our 58 inch load bars and the Crossroad feet, so now we are ready to mount them up on our vehicle. We are going with slightly longer load bars than needed today because of the accessories we will be using on top. We will measure from front to back to make sure that our front load bar is perpendicular to the side rails, and we will also make sure that the bars are overhanging evenly on both the driver and passenger sides. Once we have our crossbar assembly positioned where we want it, we can begin tightening it down. 0:34 more

Rhino Rack Roof Rack Installation - 2006 Nissan Quest- Video
Today on this 2006 Nissan Quest we are going to be installing a Rhino Rack roof rack part number SXB3. Once the crossbars are assembled we are ready to go ahead and set them up on the factory raised side rails. We will lay the front crossbar on the raised side rails and make sure that it is running perpendicular to the raised side rails and also that it is overhanging evenly on either side of the vehicle. Once we have it positioned where we want it we can go ahead and use the included allen key to begin tightening the rack down. We will move back and forth from the driver side to the passenger side to make sure we tighten the rack down evenly. Once we have both sides of the crossbar tightened down we can install our locking endcaps. Next we will fit the rear crossbar onto the side rails in the same manner. :42 more
