We have our SkyBox on our ladder rack, which is just gonna be a nice option for us too. Since we have it all the way to the end, it's gonna be really easy to access just from the bed of our truck, just so we're not reaching high up on the outside. Now, it's gonna be a great option if you're traveling with people, your cab's already filled up, and you need somewhere to keep your luggage or any additional gear, but you don't wanna keep it out in your bed, because it's gonna be in the weather conditions, so the SkyBox is gonna be a great alternative to store some of your smaller, not as big and bulky items. The reason the 16 is in the name is because it can hold up to 16 cubic feet of storage in your box, so that kind of equates to about three people's worth of stuff. more

As far as the Master Fit goes, this is actually the smaller version of the box. They make one that's a little bit bigger that I think would be a great fit on this vehicle as well, but this one's gonna be 15 and a half cubic feet of storage space and it's got exterior dimensions of 75 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 16 inches tall. Hi everyone. Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the in Inno Wedge Plus Rooftop Box on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now a rooftop box on a Gladiator might not be the first thing you think of, but we do have a bit of a smaller truck bed, and especially, if you've got a Tonneau cover on there, on a long trip you might be wanting some more cargo space and you're not really gonna find it inside the vehicle. A roof is the best place to maybe put that if you've got a trailer or something behind you. And that's going to allow you to maybe put some smaller items up there. more

Rhino-Rack MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator- Video
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Rhino-Rack MasterFit rooftop box here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now a rooftop box on a Gladiator might seem like kind of odd to you but it actually does serve a pretty good purpose because you've got a smaller truck bed and especially with this one having a tonneau cover, you are limited on space in the back and if you're taking a big road trip or you maybe have some oversized items in the bed maybe you've got some bikes back there. It is going to be a little difficult to fit extra cargo inside the Jeep because it's not super big inside. The next best place to put that stuff is on the roof I think, especially if you've got certain items like skis and snowboards that you maybe want to keep separate from the other stuff, you don't want it banging around in the back of the bed with everything else, you want it up top protected. A rooftop box is gonna be great for that, great for luggage and this one especially is gonna have a lot of room. more

And today we have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and we've gone ahead and thrown on here, a roof rack, and we've loaded up the Inno Shadow 16 rooftop cargo box, just to do a test fit of it, check how it's going to interact with your Jeep. Now, this is a cargo box. Like I said, it mounts to your roof rack. It gives you an enclosed space on top of your Jeep to get extra cargo and other luggage loaded up and away from the elements, because your cargo area might be loaded with all the other stuff that you want to take on your trip. Instead of having to cram it in the back seat, where your passengers might be and taking up their elbow and leg room, you can get them in the box, protected from the rain and the sun, and then you can unload it when you get to your destination.Now, the box has a really nice aerodynamic shape. more

Thule Sonic Medium Roof Box Review - 2011 Jeep Wrangler- Video
Today on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box with 13 cubic feet of space, glossy black in color, part number TH634B. With the Thule Guttered Roof Rack System on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's cross bars. After positioning the clamps over the bars we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We can turn the knobs and tighten down the clamps up against both bars. You'll know when the clamps have been fully tightened down with the knob start to click. This double sided opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. We'll then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Once everything is all tightened down and secured that will complete today's test fit of the Thule Sonic Medium, part number TH634B on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. more

Once all the clamps are positioned over the bars I'm going to move to the back of the car and push the box as far forward as possible just to see if we can gain clearance of the rear hatch. We can then unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs, which will tighten down the clamps, tightly around the load bars. This box does feature the AcuTight mounting hardware which will notify us when the clamp has been tightened down fully when the knob starts to click. Today on our 2014 Jeep Compass, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box with 16 cubic feet of space in Matte Black, part number TH615. With the Thule Rapid Podium Roof Rack System assembled onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box directly onto our vehicle's load bars. Now since this box only opens from one side, we'll need to position it on the passenger's side of our roof. With the box in place, I'm going to move to the back of the Jeep and push the box as far forward as possible, just to make sure we can gain access to the rear hatch. The box in place, I'm going to unlock it and open the lid, exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. I'll take the clamps, slide them down though the slots over the top of each bar, and then I'll turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, I'm going to move to the back of the Jeep and open up the rear hatch. You can see that there is no interference at the back of the cargo box. With a factory roof rack on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing the Thule Sonic directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our bars. Once we have it set, we can open the passenger side of the box and tighten the 2 knobs on this side, to tighten our feet around our crossbars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when the feet are secure around the bars. The hand knob will make a clicking noise to let you know that its fully secure.Another great feature of the box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. Well move to the driver side, open the box, and tighten down the 2 remaining feet, using the hand knobs until we hear that clicking noise. more

Today on our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 13 cubic feet in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. We'll open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two hand knobs on this side to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when each foot is secure. You'll hear a clicking noise when the foot is tight enough. Another great feature is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten down the two remaining feet using the hand knobs until we hear that clicking noise. Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee- Video
Today on our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large roof top cargo box measuring 16 cubic feet in matte black, part number TH615. Now keep in mind that this box opens from one side only, so we'll want to set it towards the passenger's side for easier accessibility. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing our Thule Pulse directly onto our crossbars. Once we have it set, we can go ahead and open the box and place our feet through the appropriate slots, making sure that they go around our crossbars. We can then use the attached hand knobs to secure them around each bar. With all four feet tight, our box is secured, and we're ready to go. With a factory roof rack system on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our crossbars. With the feet hanging out the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. Well open the passenger side of the box and tighten the 2 hand knobs on this side to tighten our feet around our bars. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. Well move to the driver side, open the box, and tighten down the 2 remaining feet using the hand knobs. With all 4 feet tight, our box is secured, and were ready to go. Today on our 2008 Jeep Liberty we'll be test fitting the Thule Force Double XL Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th626. Now with our vehicle already equipped with the Thule Roof Rack System we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's load bars. After positioning the box all the way forward to make sure we can gain access to the hatch.We'll unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each bar. We can then move to the other side of the vehicle where we can again unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs.Now this double-sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. Now once everything is all tightened down and secured you can see that we can easily access the rear hatch of our Jeep Liberty with the Thule Force secured. more

Today on our 2014 Jeep Patriot, well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box, part number th613. To begin our test fit, well place the carrier on top of our load bars. Then we can open up our cargo box and go ahead and tighten down each clamp using the gray hand knobs. Once we have our clamps secured to our load bars were then ready to load up some of our accessories. With this particular vehicle in this box when trying to access our rear hatch door, we see that it does make contact with the cargo box, even with the cargo box set as far forward as possible. Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be test fitting part number th624. This is the Thule Force Large Rooftop Cargo Box. Now, to fit it to our vehicle, well simply place the box on top of our crossbars. Now, youll notice that our clamps are completely undone so well make sure the clamps go around our crossbars. Well then start here on the drivers side where well open the cargo box and tighten down the two gray handles on either of the left side clamps. Well then do the other side and close the lid. more

Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be test fitting part number th634b, the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box. To begin our test fit well go ahead and it on top of our crossbars here on top of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Well then adjust our box making sure that the clamps fit around both the front crossbar as well as the rear crossbar, and that our box is centered with the vehicle. Well also go ahead and open are cargo door to make sure that when we secure the box its out of the way of the cargo door itself. We can then work our way around to each of the four clamps tightening down the knobs until they click indicating they are secured and at the proper torque. Now, a great feature of the Sonic is that its ability to open the lid from either the passenger side or the drivers side. more

Well place it on top of our crossbars, where well take the clamps, pass them through the carrier, and make sure they go around our crossbars. We can then tighten down the gray knob within the carrier, closing down the clamps, securing our cargo box to the Grand Cherokee. After doing that with all four clamps, our cargo box is secured and were ready to load it up and head on down the road. more
