Flint Hill Goods 29 x 49 Carrier with Ramp Review - 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee- Video
How's it going This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods aluminum cargo carrier on the back of the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. So why would you need this type of cargo carrier Well, my time in customer service, I usually recommend this type of carrier, or this one specifically to people who are primarily carrying wheelchairs due to the ramp. However, it does come in handy for other applications 'cause you can, the ramp can support that full 500 pounds as well, so you'd be able to roll on heavier items, but you can also use it for like your bulkier items that take up a lot of space in your cargo area in your Grand Cherokee. All right, so let's actually get a measurement of the usable space with the ramp in the upright position. So as far as that getting around the post, it's right at 27 and a half and this guy, I'd say right at 47, eh, 47 and three quarters to be conservative with the space. So that's plenty of room to actually tie off. more

Cargo carrier's a good idea if you wanna get more space outta your Grand Cherokee. Maybe you wanna make more leg room for everybody in there on those longer trips, or you've completely outta space so you need to carry a few more things. You don't wanna mess with a rooftop box and climb up there. Far easier to load this up and strap things down to get on the road. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the etrailer Tilting and Folding Cargo Carrier on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now this cargo carrier is 24 by 60 and that's gonna be large enough to get a lot of your accessories loaded up, whether it be your camping gear, whether it be some home projects, whatever it may be. And the glory of having things stored outside your vehicle is if you are picking up maybe some mulch or dirt or things for your garden, you can have it outside and not have to worry about getting inside of your vehicle dirty. Also, if you're going on vacation and you have some coolers or some things that just take up a bunch of space and take space away from people, this is gonna be a great opportunity to add some real estate to your vehicle and still have all your cargo with you. Now, this has a 500 pound capacity on it, so you can load up quite a bit of stuff on here and it's gonna hold it great. You also have a bunch of different spots to put some straps around it to make sure it stays secure while traveling. more

Hi there Jeep owners. Today in your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we're going to be taking a look at and test fitting Curt's folding cargo carrier. This cargo carrier offers 500 pounds of carrying capacity. So you can get items that we're in your vehicle out of there so you can have more passengers or just haul more gear with you. And I'm almost 200 pounds and you can see here, this thing's pretty stout can bounce up and down on it. 500 pounds is more than enough for most things that you would ever want to put on here. more

Hi there Jeep owners. Today on your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we're going to be taking a look at, and test fitting etrailer's aluminum cargo carrier. This aluminum cargo carrier is extremely lightweight, but you don't sacrifice on its carrying capacity. It has 500 pounds of carrying capacity. You can see here, there's no problem with me in it. I can bounce up, and down and I'm getting pretty close to 200 pounds here, and that's not an issue with this.The biggest cargo carriers that we've got here at etrailer only go up to about 550 pounds. more

Curt Folding Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee- Video
Today, on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we'll be test fitting the Curt 24 by 60 Folding Cargo Carrier, Part Number C18132.We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch, lining up our pinholes, and securing Curt cargo carrier to our Grand Cherokee with a pin and clip.We'll now go over a few clearance measurements to see how the two fit together. With the platform folded up, we have about 11-1/2 inches of ground clearance to the rear of the carrier. Closest part of our carrier to the closest part of our Grand Cherokee is here at the rear bumper about 2-1/2 inches away. We've added about 13 inches to the overall length of the vehicle.We can then pull the pin at the base of the carrier to fold the platform down. With the platform folded down, we have about 6-1/2 inches of ground clearance to the rear of the carrier. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of our Grand Cherokee is here at the bumper about 7 inches away. more
