Each one can hold up to 10 cubic feet of stuff with a weight capacity of a hundred pounds in the bottom and 80 pounds up top. The Exo System is completely modular so you can customize it to fit your needs and swap these boxes out for other accessories. more

How's it going everybody It's Ethan, here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our 17 inch by 50 inch Swagman Expanse Cargo Carrier on the back of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. If you have some larger gear or some ice and snow type of materials or just, dirty things in general, that you don't wanna keep in the trunk of your car, a hitch cargo carrier is a great solution for that. This one specifically is capable of holding up to 400 pounds and it is just a great way to store some things. So we just have this here as sort of a demonstration point for our break-over point. This is a pretty lightweight cargo carrier. It's actually coming in at 29 pounds, but it's capable of supporting up to 500 pounds of stuff. Now this particular kit's gonna come with the Gear Warrior basket on the bottom as well as the gear locker box on the top and you can swap these positions if you want to. You are gonna get a little extra weight capacity by having the basket on the bottom. This is gonna be nice for a mix of cargo. We're gonna have some of our heavier items and maybe some of our messier items in the basket on the bottom. more

This kit is gonna be great for those winter months when you're going to the slopes, you can carry your skis and your snowboards up top right here where it's way easier to access than something like a roof box or a roof mounted ski carrier. And then we still have a box below that where we can lock up some of our gear, have it enclosed from the elements and locked up safe and sound. more

Today at etrailer here, looking at the Curt Cargo Carrier for our 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe.This is a very sturdy and dense cargo carrier. It's going to have complete steel components that is going to allow you up to 500 pounds of carrying capacity. It does have folding functionality, which is very nice when you're not using it. It doesn't fold this way in the briefcase style, but it's okay. That's mostly for when you're not using it, but we can get into that. It's got some finer points that we can get into. more

It's part number is C18153. To begin our test fit, we need to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. As we slide it in, we'll want to watch through the window here, to see when our two holes line up. With our holes lined up, we're going to take a standard pin and slide that through. We'll then secure it using our clip. more

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe, we are going to be test fitting the 19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2 inch hitches with the 500 pound weight capacity it's part number C18100. To begin our test fit we are going to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch, line up our pin holes, slide through our pin and secure it with the clip. In this position we have about 20 3/4 of an inch worth of ground clearance. The closest point of the carrier to the back of our vehicle is about an 1 3/4 away and overall we've added about 8 3/4 of an inch to the length of the Tahoe. Pulling the silver pin and clip at the base of the rack will allow us to tilt it away from our vehicle into its loading position. In this position we have about 22 1/4 of an inch worth of ground clearance. more

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be test fitting the 24" x 60" Surco Cargo Carrier for 2" hitches. With a 500 pound weight capacity, it's part number is 52018. To begin our test fit we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch, line up our pin holes, slide through our pin and secure it with a clip. In this position our carrier is going to offer us about 22" of ground clearance. The closest point of the carrier to the back of our vehicle is about 3-1/4" away. Overall we've added about 29" to the total length of our Tahoe. When opening the rear hatch it breaks over the plane of our carrier at about the 10" mark. The exhaust on the Tahoe exists the passenger side and it's turned downward. more

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be test-fitting the 23x56 ROLA Dart Cargo Carrier for 2-inch hitches. With a 450-pound weight capacity it's part number 59550. To begin our test fit we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch, line up our pin holes, thread in our anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down with a wrench. We'll then secure it using the provided clip. In this position our carrier offers us about 25.25 inches worth of ground clearance. The closest point of the carrier to the back of our vehicle is about 3.5 inches away. Overall we've added about 12.75 inches to the length of our Tahoe. Pulling the large red handle on the top of the carrier will allow us to tilt it away from our vehicle into its platform or loading position. more

The closest point of the carrier to the back of our vehicle is about 3-1/2" away and overall we've added about 22-3/4" to the length of the Tahoe. To begin our test fit, we'll start off by installing the carrier onto the vehicle. We'll slide the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, insert our pin through our pin holes, and secure with a clip on the other side. Now that the carrier is secure to the vehicle, we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how the cargo carrier and this vehicle will fit together. From the back of the carrier, there's about 22 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about 4 inches. more

We'll slide the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, thread our ant-rattle bolt through the pins and tighten with a wrench.Now with the cargo carrier secured to the vehicle we'll go over a few clearance measurements. For the back of the carrier there is about 22 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about four inches. We have added 23 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. more
