The OnRamp is a really good option for you, mostly because it comes with a ramp to allow you to load your bike. It makes points of contact. Now, right off the bat this is gonna have a 40 pound weight capacity, which is pretty good for the size of the actual bike rack. It's a very light bike rack. Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 Volvo XC40- Video
Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2019 Volvo XC40 we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Helium Pro 2 bike rack. Now my personal favorite thing about this rack is that it's made from aluminum, so not only is it going to resist rust and corrosion, it's going to be incredibly lightweight and easy to handle. To give you an example, whenever we're not using it and we need to hook to a trailer, carry a cargo carrier, or just go for a little cleaner look, can easily take it off. And since it is compact, if you need to just put it in the back of your Volvo, you can do that, won't take up a whole lot of room.The rack is going to hold our bike down in three spots. We're going to have two straps here on the top tube and a third strap down here. more
