Today on our 2014 Toyota Tacoma, we'll be test fitting the sport rack, platform style hitch mounted 2 bike rack, part number SR2901. We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the bike rack into the opening of the hitch. We'll thread in the anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down, using a wrench. The bike rack's secured. We'll go over a few clearance measurements and see how the two fit together. We have about 20 1/2 inches of ground clearance. The closest part of the bike rack to the closest part of the vehicle is about 7 inches. more

Prorack 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2014 Toyota Tacoma- Video

Today on our 2014 Toyota Tacoma, well be test fitting the ProRack Hitch Mounted Four Bike Rack, part number PR8062404. Well begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the bike rack into the opening of the hitch, and thread our anti-rattle bolt through the pin holes and tighten it down with a wrench. If the bike rack secured, well go over a few clearance of measurements to see how the two fit together. We have about 17 inches of ground clearance at the back of the bike rack. Closest part of the bike rack to the closest part of the vehicle is about 5 inches away, and weve added about 30 inches to the overall length of our vehicle. To access the bed of the truck, we can pull this over pin at the base of the bike rack and tilt the mast down, and we can easily have access to the trucks bed. To load up a bike, well make sure the mast is in its upright position. more

Today on our 2014 Toyota Tacoma, we'll be test fitting the Thule Doubletrack platform style hitch mounted two bike rack part number TH990XT. We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the bike rack into the opening of the hitch. We'll thread in our anti rattle bolt and tighten it down using a wrench. With the bike rack secured, we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how the two fit together. We have about 17 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the bike rack to the closest part of the vehicle is about 5 inches away and we've added about 11 inches to the overall length of our Tacoma. We can now lift up on the gray lever at the base of the bike rack and tilt the platform down. With the platform down, we have about 24 inches of ground clearance at the rear of the bike rack. Closest part of the bike rack to the closest part of the vehicle is about 3 inches away and we've added about 29 and a half inches to the overall length of our Toyota Tacoma. more
