Today, in our 2018 Ford Edge, we're going to be taking a look at the Husky Liners WeatherBeater custom auto floor liners for the front and rear in black, part number HL98781. Now, they're also available in tan using part number HL98783.Here's what our floor liners look like, once we have 'em installed in our Edge. And you can see, it's going to give us a big area of coverage, protecting our carpet.And if I take the factory mat and place it over, you can see just how much more area that we're going to be covering. It's going to extend well past the pedals and keep our carpet nice and clean.Our floor liners are going to be custom-molded to our edge, so it's going to follow all the contours nicely. And the raised edge on the side here, it's going to keep all that dirt and water on the mat and off the carpet.The raised ribs and channels are going to divert water and debris away from our feet. And then, at the same time, keep our feet elevated just enough, so it's not sitting down in the water.The floor liners are going to have integrated anchor points to work with the factory mounts. more

Husky Liners WeatherBeater Cargo Liner Review - 2018 Ford Edge

Today on our 2018 Ford Edge, we're going to be taking a look at the Husky Liners weather beater custom cargo liner in black, part number HL23521. It's also available in tan, using part number HL23523.Our liner's going to make sure that our carpet is protected underneath, but it's also going to give a secure place to make sure our cargo doesn't start shifting around whenever we're driving.It is going to contour around all the curves, so it's going to fit perfectly.The raised edges here are going to keep all the dirt, water, and debris off of the carpet and on the mat. And the channels here are going to make sure that all of our gear and cargo is raised up enough while diverting the water away.The mat's going to be constructed out of a rubberized thermo-plastic and it is going to hold up to most automotive chemicals like gasoline, oil, and road salt.Our liner's going to be semi-rigid, so it'll lay nice and flat and stay put in the back of our cargo area while still being flexible enough to move.Whenever it does come time to clean our mat, it's going to be a simple process. We can pull it out, house it off with some mild soap and water, let it air dry, and then we can put it back in.That'll finish up your look at the Husky Liner's weather beater custom cargo liner on our 2018 Ford Edge. more

WeatherTech Front Floor Mats Review - 2013 Ford Edge

Today in our 2013 Ford Edge, we'll be having a look at the WeatherTech front auto floor mats available in black as part number WT443491, also available in grey as part number WT463491. Finally available in tan as part number WT453491. As you can we already have our driver side floor mat installed here. I'd like to point out how nice of a fit that this is in our vehicle. That's because WeatherTech uses a digital laser measurement system, to follow all the contours around our vehicle, nice and neat. It fits around our center console nice, comes back around our mounts here for our drive side seat. Follows along our door cell, goes up among our firewall here, and extends back behind our brake and our gas pedal here. more

Today on our 2015 Ford Edge, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Aries StyleGuard Custom Auto Floor Liners for the front. The Aries StyleGuard floor mats provide a factory, but luxurious look to your vehicle compared to other rugged-style floor mats. You can see that it's precision molded to match your Ford Edge. It features raised containment walls that start here, go up underneath our pedals, over our footrest and even by our threshold here. This is going to prevent messes from spilling out onto our carpet. The whole mat is treaded for grip, but here in the center, it's treaded and channeled. It's going to prevent any wear and tear from our heels, while we're rested on the pedals. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Edge we'll be doing a test fit of the UACE 3D Kagu Custom Auto Floor Liner with Maxpider grips for the second row in the beige color, part number L1FR02021502. This floor liner is also available in gray, part number L1FR02021501, as well as in the black color, part number L1FR02021509. To begin with we'll need to remove any of the existing floor mats from the vehicle. We can go ahead and begin by placing the new mat on the floor of the vehicle. As you will see here, it is all one piece instead of the two piece factory floor mats. It is contoured to the vehicle's floor to give complete coverage. The mat has a raised lip to help keep any dirt and debris on the liner. more

Today on our 2012 Ford Edge, well be doing a test fit of the U-Ace 3D Kagu custom auto floor liner with MAXpider grip, for the second row and in the beige color, part number L1FR02021502. This liners also available in the black color, part number L1FR02021509, as well as in gray, part number L1FR02021501. Well begin by removing any existing floor liner or mat that may already be in place. Well then take our new U-Ace floor liner and slide it into position. You notice how the liner is contoured around the seat tracks. The liner also covers the center hump of the vehicle, giving you complete coverage there as well. The liner also is contoured, or cut out, around the rear seat mounting location. The liner goes from threshold to threshold, giving you complete coverage of the second row carpet area. more

The liner has raised channels, to help keep your cargo out of the dirt and debris on the liner. The liner, itself, is made of a rubberized thermal plastic, that won't crack or break over time. more

Now, well begin here on the driver side front and well lift out the factory floor liner. Now, were ready to install our new U-Ace floor liner and well simply slide it into place. Youll notice that theres a dimple on the liner that goes up and over the factory hook section that keeps the factory matt in place. You get complete coverage up underneath the puddles as well as from the center console area all the way out to the threshold. Youll notice that theres a heel pad area just in front of the pedals that protects against wear and tear. more

Today on our 2008 Ford Edge, we'll be installing the U Ace 3D Kagu custom auto floor liner for the second row and in the beige color, part number L1FR02021502. This liner is also available in the gray color, part number L1FR02021501, as well as in black, part number L1FR02021509. We'll need to remove any existing floor liner or mat that may already be in place. We'll go ahead and remove the existing floor mats, and now, we're ready to install our new U Ace floor liner. The difference between the U Ace and the factory mats is that the U Ace is a 1-piece liner versus the factory mat that are 2-piece. The U Ace gives you complete coverage from threshold to threshold as well as covering the center hump section. You'll notice that there's a raised edge around the outer portions of the liner that keep dirt and debris on the liner and off your carpet. The liner is also contoured to the floor of your vehicle, giving you superior coverage of your carpet. The liner is made up of 3 layers, the top layer being a durable thermoplastic rubber that will not crack or tear or deform over time but also has a carbon fiber emboss pattern that helps keeps things from slipping on the liner. more

We'll go ahead and start over here on the driver's side, and we'll lift out the factory floor liner. Now, we're ready to install our new U Ace floor liner, and we'll simply slide it into place. You'll notice that there's a dimple on the liner that goes up and over the factory hook section that keeps the factory mat in place. You get complete coverage up underneath the pedals as well as from the center console area all the way out to the threshold. You'll notice that there's a heel pad area just in front of the pedals that protects against wear and tear. The underside is completely covered with anti-slip MAXspider fibers to help hold the liner in place. more

Today on our 2008 Ford Edge, we'll be installing the U Ace 3D classic custom auto floor liners for the front in the beige color, part number L1FR02012202. These floor liners are also available in gray, part number L1FR02012201, as well as in black, part number L1FR02012209. Now, before we begin, we'll need to remove any existing floor liner or mat that may already be in the car. Now, we're ready to install our floor liner over here on the passenger's side. You'll notice how the new floor liner is completely molded to the floor of the vehicle. It goes well up underneath the dash, giving you superior coverage of the carpet, all the way over to the threshold as well as to the center console area. The liner is made of a loop polyester carpet on top, which gives you a cushiony and comfort feel. You'll notice here around the edge of the liner, there's a sew-in strip that helps keep the liner from being damaged as well as the underside being completely covered with anti-slip MAXspider fibers that help hold the mat in place. more
