Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we're talking about the seven and four-pole trailer connectors, with the mounting bracket, on our 2015 Toyota 4Runner. What this is gonna be used for is to send power back to a trailer or any accessories you have on your hitch, whether you'd be having a trailer on the back of your vehicle that has a brake system on it, or you need to send lights back to any accessories that you have. The installation is fairly straightforward. You're gonna have a few things that come with your kit. So we're gonna have the sockets themselves. We're gonna have the bracket so we can mount it up. more

And what this is gonna do is connect to your existing seven-pole wiring, and give you the ability to haul anything that has four-pole wiring. That's gonna be anything like, if you have a smaller trailer, like a utility trailer, that doesn't have any electric brakes, you just need it for lights, or you have those smaller accessories on the back of your vehicle, and you just need it for lights too. Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer and today, we're talking about the Tekonsha T-One Four Pole Wiring Harness on our 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Now what this is gonna allow you to do is use your existing seven pole wiring and hook this four pole wiring to it so you have the ability to not only use a seven pole, but also a four pole wiring. So let's check it out. A reason why you might need a four pole wiring is if you have any accessories or trailers that only use four pole wiring because it is still a very common system to use. Now, this isn't gonna limit you to just using four pole, you'll still have ability to use the seven pole tube. I recommend just making sure that you know what your 4Runner has because there are plenty of different trim packages for the 4Runner and each one of them has different wiring kits already installed on them. more
