Today on this 2004 Chevrolet Express Van we're going to install part number 118392. This is a T1 vehicle wiring harness with a 4-pole flat trailer connector from tow ready. We're going to show you the pieces that comes with the part number. First off we have 2-tier connectors. The yellow wire goes over to our left-hand side. Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2004 Chevrolet Express Van 55540- Video

Today on our 2004 Chevrolet Express Van we're going to be installing the CURT t-connector vehicle wiring harness with a 4-pole flat trailer connector, part number 55540. Now we're here at the rear of the vehicle. We'll need to open up both of the rear doors. There's a few interior pieces that we're going to need to remove from this particular van to install the wiring kit. We're going to need to remove this rear threshold piece as well as some interior panels on each side to gain access to our wiring. Now there is one panel that's already missing over here on the passenger side but you would need to remove this one here as well. Now go ahead and start here at the top. more
