Today on our 2003 Chevy Express Van we'll be installing the Curt T Connector with 4 Pole Flat Trailer Connection, part number 55540. To begin our install we'll first open up the rear cargo door. We'll need to locate the manufacturer's wiring connector behind the tail light assembly. Now, because this is a cargo van application and there's no interior paneling locating the manufacturer's wires is pretty easy. Simply go to the tail light assembly and locate the wiring connector. Then we can press on the connector lock and separate the two. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2003 Chevrolet Express Van 31345- Video

Today on this 2003 Chevrolet Express Van we are going to install part number 31345 from Hopkins. This wiring harness plugs into the existing factory harness and the connection points are located inside the vehicle, below both tail lights.
