Now to begin our test fit, we will first need to refer to the Thule fit guide or the included instructions to determine what number our fit dial should be at. After setting our fit dial, well place the carrier onto the vehicle. Well put the top hooks to the top part of the trunk above the spoiler, and the bottom hooks to the bottom part of the trunk. You may need to open up the cargo door to get the bottom hooks in place. Well then turn the knobs on the left and right hand side of the carrier to tighten down the straps to secure the carrier to the vehicle. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagen Passat, well be test fitting the Thule Raceway Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mount, part number TH9003. Now to begin out test fit, well set the carrier onto the trunk and adjust the jaws of the carrier to fit the trunk correctly. You can do this by pulling up on the grey levers located on each side of the top of the carrier. Once we have established a correct fit to the trunk, we can go ahead and connect the top two hooks to the top of the trunk and the bottom two hooks to the bottom of the trunk and tighten them down. Once we get the trunk mount secured to the vehicle, were ready to load our bike. Well lower the platform and slide out the wheel trays by undoing the grey lever located at each end of the wheel tray. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagon Passat, well be Thule Raceway 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mount, part number th9001. Now to begin our test fit, well set the carrier onto the trunk and adjust the claws to fit the trunk. You can adjust the jaws by pulling the gray levers located at the top jaw, and push them down to secure them in place. Once we have decided a secure angle for the jaws, we can then hook the top straps onto the top of the trunk and the bottom straps onto the bottom of the trunk and turn the gray knobs located at each end of the carrier to secure the claws to the trunk. Once we have the carrier secured to the vehicle, we can lift up the gray handle located at the center of the carrier to swing the cradle arms out. We can then push it back down to secure it in place. more

Well go ahead and set the carrier onto the trunk and put the top hooks to the top of the trunk, the side hooks to the sides of the trunk below the taillights and the bottom hooks to the bottom of the trunk. The bottom pads should be sitting just below the license plate. Now well go ahead and secure the carrier to the vehicle by tightening down the straps and securing the excess slack. Once the carrier is secured to the vehicle were ready to load our bike. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagen Passat, well be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Baja 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mount, part number HRB2. Now to begin our test fit, well set the carrier on top of the trunk and if necessary use the black levers located at each end of the carrier to adjust the jaws to allow a better fit onto the vehicle. Once you have established the correct fit, you can use the top two hooks to hook to the top of the trunk, the two side hooks to hook to the side of the trunk below the taillights and the two hooks to hook to the bottom of the trunk. Once all of the straps are in place, we can secure the carrier to the vehicle by tightening down the straps and securing the excess slack. Once it is secured to the vehicle, were ready to load our bike. Well undo the cradle straps, set the bike into the frame cradles and secure it with the straps. more

To begin our test fit, we'll set the carrier onto the trunk, and adjust the arms with the black levers on the left and right side of the carrier. Once we get on position, we'll lock them into place and use the top strap for the top part of the trunk, the side straps for the side part of the trunk above the tail lights, and the bottom straps for the bottom part of the trunk. We'll then tighten on the straps to secure the carrier to the vehicle. Now we're ready to load our bike. We'll undo the second set of black levers to swing the cradle arms out. We'll lock them in position, undo the cradle straps, set the bike into the frame cradles and secure it with the straps. more

Today on our 2005 Chrysler 300 well be test fitting the Thule Raceway platform style two bike carrier, part number TH9003. To begin our test fit, weve already set up our bike rack according to the instructions found within the Raceway packaging, so well begin by placing the bike rack on top of our deck lid, making sure that the bottom rests on the bumper cover. Well then take the two cables for the top and clamp them to the deck lid just behind the rear window. Well take the two lower cables and clamp them to the deck lid, here right above the rear bumper cover. We can then ratchet down all four cables, securing our bike rack to the vehicle. With our bike rack secure well now bring out our top bar clamp and make sure that its out of the way. more

To begin our test fit, weve already preassembled the bike rack according to the installation instructions found with the Raceway. Well place our bike rack onto the deck lid, making sure its resting on the bumper cover. Well then take the two top cables and secure them to the deck lid just behind the rear window. We can then ratchet them down using the knobs on either side of the bike rack to hold it into place. Well then do the same with the two lower cables on either side. more

Well then take the trunk mounted carrier and set it on to the trunk, attached the first set of hooks to the top of the trunk and the second set of hooks to the rear of the trunk and use the grey knobs located at the right and left side of the carrier to tighten up the cables.Once the cables are secured and tightened were now ready to load the bike. To load the bike lift up on the grey handle and tilt the cradle arms towards you. Once the cradle arms are in place again, push down on the grey handle to lock it in place and undo the cradle straps. Today on this 2013 Kia Rio, well be test fitting the Yakima Quickback 2-Bike Carrier, part number Y02621.To begin our test fit well set the carrier onto the trunk with the cradle arms towards the top of the trunk mount facing outward. Well then use the straps at the top of the carrier to hook to the top of the trunk and then straps towards the bottom of the carrier to hook to the bottom of the trunk and then pull the straps tight to secure the carrier in place.Once the carrier is tightened in place you can fold out the access strap and place it in a black clip.To load the bike, first, make sure that the cradle arms are level or at a level bit of an angle facing up then undo the cradle straps.
