Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2012 Volvo XC90- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and show you how to install the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver here on a 2012 Volvo XC90. So this is what our trailer hitch looks like installed in. At first glance, actually, I really liked the look of this thing. It has a hidden design, meaning the cross tube is actually tucked away behind the bumper there so the only thing we are gonna see is the receiver tube, and all of our hitch components are also coated in a black powder coated finish which is gonna help protect the hitch from rust and corrosion over time, being that it is on the underside of the vehicle. So adding a trailer hitch to your XC90 here, it's gonna be a great idea because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile, and there's a number of different things you can use a trailer hitch for aside from just towing. If we wanted to hit the trails, we could easily attach a hitch-mounted bike rack, or if we wanted to free up some space inside the vehicle for the family on those long road trips, we could easily attach a hitch-mounted cargo carrier basket as well. more

Best 2012 Volvo XC90 Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitches available for the 2012 Volvo XC90. Now both the hitches that we're going to be comparing today are going to be Class 3-rated hitches. That means they're going to have the 2" by 2" receiver tube opening. From the CURT we have part number 13559, and from Draw-Tite, part number 75152.Now both of these hitches are designed to fit in behind the rear fascia. What we're going to be left with hanging down, just going to be the receiver tube opening and our safety chain connection points. Now the receiver tube openings are slightly different. more
