Trailer Hitch Installation - 2001 Toyota Tundra - Curt- Video
Today in our 2001 Toyota Tundra, we'll be installing the Curt class 3 2-inch trailer hitch part number 13184. Here's what the hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now, we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost sides of the bumper is approximately four inches. From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground is approximately 21 inches. Now, let's go ahead and install our hitch. We'll begin here by pointing out the mounting locations we'll be using on each side of the vehicle. The middle location will be an existing wild nut. more

Today in our 2001 Toyota Tundra, we'll be installing the Draw Tite hitch part number 75105. This is what our hitch will look like once it's installed. Next we'll go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you in selecting accessories for your new hitch such as a draw bar, a bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper it's 4-1/4 inches. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground, it's 19 inches. Now let's go ahead with installation. more
