Trailer Hitch Installation - 1996 GMC Jimmy - Curt- Video
Today on this 1996 GMC Jimmy four-door, were going to install part number C13020. This is a current trailer hitch Class III 2-inch Receiver. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on our Jimmy. Next well go ahead and give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as the ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the center of our hitch pinhole to the edge of the bumper only comes out to about 0.75 inches. From top of the receiver opening down to the ground, it comes out to about 15.25 inches.
