Best 2011 Ford Escape Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2011 Ford Escape. First we've got the CURT Class 3 receiver hitch, part number 13650. Then we've got the Draw-Tite Class 3 receiver hitch, part number 75751. CURT also has Class 3 hitch, part number C13651. It's not on the rack. It's going to look exactly the same and give us the same features, the only difference is you're only able to use it on Escapes that come with the factory 1-1/4" hitch. The biggest difference that we're going to see between these two hitches is that the Draw-Tite is going to have higher weight capacities than the CURT. more

Today in this 2011 Ford Escape, we're going to install Part Number 75751 from Draw-Tite. All right. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on the Escape. Next we'll give you some measurements that will help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 17 inches. If we center the hitch pin hold to the edge of the bumper, it will be about 1 and 1/2 inches. more

This is what our hitch will look like once its installed.Next well go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you in selecting accessories for your new hitch.
