Hi there, Cruze owners. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. On bottom, we have our Draw-Tite option, which is going to work on all of your Cruze vehicles. Up here, we have our Curt option for hatchbacks only, and here on our customer's vehicle today, we have the Curt Sedan version of the hitch installed.Now, before we go into the differences and similarities between these hitches, I'm going to go ahead and tell you my favorite, and that's going to be the draw-Tite here. And the reason why this one's my favorite is because no matter what vehicle you have, hatchback, diesel, non diesel, sedan, this hitch is going to work with it. With the Curt options, you have to have the correct one for your particular style of vehicle, and that just can lead to issues with potentially getting the wrong one. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Chevrolet Cruze- Video
Rob: Hey, everybody. Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Curt Class I Custom Fit trailer receiver on our 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. And we know everybody wants to see what it looks like and go over some of the features first, so we're going to go ahead and do that now, but if you stick around to the end of the video, we're also going to make sure you can be confident enough to put the hitch on at home. So, we'll go through the installation process together.Right here's what our hitch is going to look like once we have it installed. The cross tube is going to sit right below the bumper, but it is tucked back a little bit, so the main thing we're going to see is the receiver tube. Now, it is a Class I hitch, which means it's going to give us that inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening, and it's going to be good for things like light duty towing. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Chevrolet Cruze, you're going to be taking a look at . I'm going to show you how to install the Curt Class One Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C11458. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You can see the cross tube is completely hidden behind the bumper fascia. So the only thing you can see is the receiver tube. The receiver tube is nice and tucked in underneath the outer edge of the bumper fascia, so you're not going to have to worry about hitting your legs, shin bone, when you're loading and unloading the back of the vehicle.This is going to be a class one hitch. more
