etrailer Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Colorado- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer trailer hitch receiver, here on a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. So this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed. Now it does have a mostly hidden design, and what I mean by this is, the crosstube of the trailer hitch is pretty much gonna be tucked up behind the bumper there. So the only thing we're gonna see is the receiver tube. Now, another thing I really like about this hitch is the finish. So there are a couple of different finish options on the market, most of them have more of a glossier powder coated finish, the etrailer hitch however, has more of a matte powder coated finish, and what this does is it does a better job of hiding nicks and scratches, it also helps them blend in with the vehicle more. more

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Colorado, we're going to be taking a look at and also showing you how to install the Draw-Tite custom fit class 3 trailer hitch receiver. Offering the 2 inch by 2 inch opening, it's part number is 75948. Now, this is what our hitch looks like installed. You'll see, we've got a drop-down on our round tube, we're going to see it right here in the middle. The rest of it's going to remain hidden up here, behind the bumper. Safety chain connection points here. You're going to see, of course, our receiver tube opening. more

It's part number is C13203. Here's what our hitch is going to look like installed. As you can see, it's going to be mainly hidden. Our cross tube's going to be up here, behind the bumper. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Colorado - Curt- Video
Today in our 2016 Chevrolet Colorado, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Curt custom fit class for your trailer hitch receiver. Offering the 2-inch by 2-inch opening, it's part number is C13176. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you can see we'll have a nice hidden cross tube most of the way across here, not really hanging down a lot. The part you are going see BR safety chain connection points here and of course are receiver tube opening. You got nice large open connection points, change shouldn't be an issue, should be able to get those connected whatever type they are. Then you'll see our 5/8's diameter pin hole there for securing all of our items. You can see we've got good room in here so I think whatever type of accessory you are going to secure your item with would be able to fit whether it's a hitch pin and clip, locking hitch pin or anti rattle device. more
