Today on our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 well be test fitting the Glacier V-Bar Snow Tire Chains with cam tighteners for light trucks, part number pwh2828sc. Well be test fitting these tire chains on tire size 265/70-17. Now this vehicle is primarily rear wheel drive so well be installing the tire chains on the rear tires. Now to begin our test fit well lay the chains flat out on the ground to undo any kinks or tangles. This will insure that the tire chain fits correctly around the tire. Well then drape the tire chains over the tire making sure that the hooks are facing out and the V-bars are facing up so that we dont damage our tire. more

Today on our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 well be test fitting the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for light trucks, part #PW3027c. Well be test fitting these tire chains on tire size 265-70-17.To begin our test fit well first lay the chains out on the ground to undo any kinks or tangles. This will ensure a good fit around the tire. Well then drape the tire chains over the tire making sure that the hooks are facing out.Well then move to the inside of the tire where we will connect the male and female end of the tire chain. Well then move to the outside of the tire where we will insert the male end into the cable tensioning device and secure it. Notice here the yellow indicator tag informing us of which side of the vehicle the tire chain should be on. more
