All right today on this 2004 GMC Canyon, we are going to install part number 13252 from Kirk. This is what the hitch looks like once installed on a truck. Next we'll give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 16 inches and from the center of our hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper is around 1 5/8 inches. Now we'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. First thing we need to do is go ahead and remove 2 bolts, one on each side, these are the bolts that are part of the bumper bracket going into the frame we'll completely remove. Next we'll go ahead and take a couple of washers there will be a thick one and a thin one that we are going to tape to the inside edge of the bumper bracket. more

Today on this 2004 GMC Canyon we're going to install part number 75607 from Draw-Tite. This is their class three 2" receiver hitch. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on the truck. Next we'll give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 15". From the center of the hitch pinhole to the edge of the bumper will be about 4-3/4". more
