Hey everybody, Ryan here at Etrailer. Today on our 2023 Subaru Crosstrek, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Draw-Tite inch and a quarter trailer hitch receiver. Before we do that though, let's take a minute, check this out, and make sure it's gonna be right for you. There's a lot of different hitches available for the Crosstrek, and when it comes to this one, I feel like this would be ideal for those of you that already have those inch and a quarter accessories. And that's because this one has that smaller opening to accept those. If you're someone that isn't sure what they're gonna be doing just yet, or you know, you're gonna be doing towing, using a lot of different accessories and things like that, the Class 3 style hitches have the larger two-inch by two-inch opening. more

When it comes to putting a hitch on a Subaru, it makes a lot of sense, people use these vehicles to do a lot of different things. And with this particular hitch with it having the smaller inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter opening, it's going to kinda limit what you're gonna be able to do. This is one I usually recommend if you already have an inch and a quarter accessory, like a bike rack or a smaller carrier, or something like that. more
