Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe - Curt- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class Two Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C12113. So here's what our hitch is gonna look like. The cross tube is going to be visible and it's gonna sit right below our bumper.This is a Class Two Hitch, which means it's gonna give us that inch and a quarter, by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. And it's really great for things like bike racks, or even cargo carriers. The way we're gonna attach all of our accessories is through the hitch pin hole here on the side.Now it is gonna accept a standard half inch pin and clip, and both of these are gonna be included in the kit, which is always a nice bonus. As far as the safety chain connection points go, it's gonna be a plate style welded to the bottom of the receiver tube here. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Hidden Hitch Custom-Fit Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 87637. Here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. It's going to have that nice sleek and tucked-away look. You won't even know it's there unless you remove the cover. A 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube opening, it's going to be great for offering a 750 pound tongue weight rating and 5000 pound towing capacity. Now, with weight distribution, the towing capacity of your hitch is going to get raised up a little bit. The tongue weight rating is still going to be 750 pounds of tongue weight directly on the receiver tube bottom here. more

Here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. It has that nice sleek and tucked away look. You won't even know it's there unless you remove the cover. That 2" by 2" receiver opening is going to be great for offering a 750 pound tongue weight rating and 5000 pound towing capacity. With weight distribution, the towing capacity of your hitch is going to get raised up a little bit. The tongue weight rating is still going to be 750 pounds of tongue weight directly on the receiver tube bottom here. For our towing, with that weight distribution, it's going to go up to 7500 pounds. more

Today in our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're gonna review an install the Curt class 3, 2-inch receiver tube hitch, part number C13152. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once installed. As you can see, it's got the round cross-tube design, it's a fully welded construction and really nice black powder coated finish. While most of our hitch is exposed, it's tucked up nicely under the rear bumper and fascia. This is our class 3, 2" by 2" receiver tube. It's got really nice, large, easy to use chain hold bounds and a pre-drilled 5/8" pin-hole going all the way through. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe we're going to review and install Hidden Hitch class three 2" receiver tube hitch, part number 87634. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. This is a nice, stylish, round crosstube design. It's a fully welded construction, has a really nice black powder-coated finish. Now while the hitch does drop down below the rear fascia, it blends in nicely with the underbody. As you can see here, the hitch has a really nice bracket welded to it for our electrical, towing, or accessories. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Curt Custom Fit Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver. This offers a 2 inch opening. It's part number is C13153l. Here's what our Santa Fe's going to look like with the hitch installed. As you can see, our cover goes right back on, keeps it out of sight when we don't need it. When we do need it, we'll pull out the 2 push-pin fasteners on each side and squeeze in on the 2 tabs. more
